What we do in our public relations business is to support our client corporations in creating their corporate social values. We aim at promoting appropriate understanding in the society about our clients’ commodities/products and activity which are useful for the society in the way and style that are suitable for the time of “today”.
 
We define the social value that we pursue as “the presence which is indispensable in the society”.  Japan is an unparalleled country for its long-established companies of some 22,000 companies which have been in business with over 100 years of history since their establishment.  Unquestionably, it should be the result of their corporate efforts in which they sincerely faced with the changing values of sense/yardstick of the society by meeting the needs of the times.  We believe that what has been built up by the corporate efforts should sublimate to the value of “the presence which is indispensable in the society”.  In the corporate efforts, there are “positive” ones to promote awareness and understanding of the products and services and, on the contrary, “defensive” efforts to protect from scandals.  Our support is concerned with all such efforts.  What we desire is for our clients to become “indispensable” in the society by designing a public relations model in view of optimization of the times, proposing appropriate activity, and implementing them.  And, we also aim at becoming “indispensable” for our clients.

What We Do

1.Global Public Relations
Strategy that fits to the world with the viewpoints of “Global Access, Local Focus”

We are the representative company for Japan of “The WORLDCOM Public Relations Group, INC.”, a network of the independent PR consultancies that connects 92 cities of 44 countries/regions of the world. Successful method of PR does not necessarily achieve similar effects overseas. What influences the results of the dispatch of information overseas is the design of strategy that fits to the situation and culture of each country. This network from which we can obtain live information of overseas countries from about 2,000 PR specialists who have been active in various parts of the world is a big advantage for us. Based on such detailed information as language and customs as well as market trend which differ from country to country, we arrange a press conference and implement media promotion, which lead to the success of our distribution of information to overseas countries.

(1) PR Consultancy Agreement from the Viewpoint of “Public Affairs”
We provide PR consulting to our clients as their consultant in overseas countries. We draw up communications strategies, communications plans, etc.

(2) As our services in information gatherings in overseas, we provide:
Monitoring by theme, research, interviewing knowledgeable people/journalists/people in administration, etc.

(3) As a partner of our clients in media relations in overseas such as:
Conduct a press conference, distribute news releases, plan events, arrange a press familiarization tours, tie up with media, function as a press office, etc.

2. B to B PR
Deliver the value of our clients to their customers and society

As the most reliable partner for our clients, we apprehend the desire of our clients and provide communication service with the form of the company and the area of their business in mind. In addition, through the use of such tools as SNS and approach to each mass media, we make the presence of the company and the height of the degree of their social contribution visible by target people which are difficult to be seen. We strengthen the tie between our clients and the society. To do so, we do not remain only in B to B but rather think about the expected actions by consumers with the viewpoint of B to B to C.

With our consulting and planning abilities based on our longtime experience and actual results, we broaden the services and products that our clients want to expand among the consumers. We catch the sense of consumers and the trend of the society, distribute highly fresh information and attractive contents which raise the degree of media attention, and create propagation and diffusion of information which are useful for our clients.

From advance measures to damage control, completely.

With the diffusion of SNS, ability to convey one’s opinion and its expansion power of an individual person has tremendously changed. Today, there are not a few cases in which even a voice of an individual completely changes a corporate image. By perceiving that “the number of employees equals the number of risks”, we routinely reform the sense in Client office, and thoroughly conduct the risk management such as training and production of manuals based on the actual situation of our clients. Should there be any accident, we comprehend the possible reaction of the society by promptly supposing the worst case and, by fully understanding the corporate culture of our client, we control the damage to make it to the minimum by proposing the optimum measures to the clients.

(1) Routine activity – Support in information gathering
All sorts of monitoring/compilation of positioning map for each person/survey of past case, etc.

(2) Optional activity – Support in risk management
Compilation of manual for coping with emergency situation/implementation of various kinds of simulation trainings, etc.

(3) Support activity at a time of crisis
Compilation of scenario to cope with the crisis at crisis management headquarter (on-site advice)/monitoring of news stories including websites and report on the tone of articles, etc.

5. Value-creating PR
We create new values by combining hito (human being), mono (things), and koto (affair) and resolve the issues

Our clients have various issues such as how to create a human network for their top management and develop their appealing points in the community, and we lead such issues to resolution. Together with our clients, we create new values and things and affairs by combining “hito”, “mono”, and “koto”. We support our cllients in all areas from overall producing to facilitation by combining “hito and mono”, “koto and hito”, “mono and mono”, and others.

・Salary/bonus: Will be determined according to the provisions of our company
